I am looking for about 1 rai ( more or less) WITHIN approx 5 km of the ring road of Udon Thani to build humble home on.
The specif features I'm looking for are: reasonable privacy , quiet area ( ie , no dogs barking, minimum traffic not cloes to temples or schools). Prefere sealed road access, power and water not too far. Quite happy to have trees or scrub on the land. Must have a chanote. Can be raw paddy or filled land.
OPTION 2 ; A near new house already built on similar land.
The land when seen by me will dictate the price. Thats why I've excluded it
