Having noted your "challenge" in an earlier post I am at present trying to negotiate with the FA for my all expenses paid trips to watch possible players that could be selected. I have noted that the grandparents of several players in LA , Miami and Naples to name but a few make them eligible, and as such require checking before making my selections

Not happy sitting on fences as have morbid fear of splinters 8-[

Perhaps the away "friendly" in Holland has been specially arranged to stir up crowd trouble and get us banned from Russia that way =;
"The FA is planning a review aimed at avoiding England playing Friday-night friendlies in 'stag-do' destinations following the trouble in Amsterdam.

Oh SHOCK HORROR ...... NOBODY at the FA ever expected that there may be crowd problems when England go to Amsterdam to play Holland .......... JeeeeeZus these are supposed to be highly paid knowledgeable people they must be walking round all day with bloo*y blindfolds on if they didnt see that comeing [-X [-X [-X

Macclesfield 1 Gateshead 0
Nathan Blissetts 89th minute header secured the win for Macc who go 3 points clear at the top from Sutton United with 7 games to go,although they have an inferior goal difference.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

BREAKING NEWS

The takeover of Hartlepool United is set to be finalised in the next 24 hours.

Teesside businessman Raj Singh and Sky Sports’ Jeff Stelling will finally complete their protracted purchase for £1, before then ploughing in £1.2m generated by their consortium.

Final paperwork is being completed and the takeover could be announced later today.

Also ..... All ground inspections have to be completed this weekend, so if a ground is not passed for the higher grade of football a team cannot be promoted.

Mick McCarthy to step down by mutual agreement as Ipswich boss at the end of the season after 6 years.

Funny how that broke so soon after the news that Nial Quinn was preparing to get involved at Blunderland again :-k

Thank the Lord almighty Mclaren doesnt wanna live in Scunny .. he is a TW*T.. Cotteril no thanks hes failed in most of his other positions where he had money to spens which he wont have at Scunny. Seems to me being a football manager is a short term job in most cases nowadays in fact in recent seasons some clubs have had more managers than a Pattaya Beer bar.

HEADS UP all you lovers of the game in its purist form .. LIVE ..YES LIVE !! on SKY tonight Thai time 6-45 KO ..

OXFORD (new rich owner)
V
SCUNNY (managerless , Sh*t Chairman slagging off his own players blaming them for sacking a dam good manager)

Good luck to all of the teams supported by those from afar in Thailand . EVEN LEEDS as they need a bit of luck after decade upon decade n decade n decade in the footballing wilderness ...

Woking 2 Macclesfield 3......another late winner for Macc, this time in the 4th minute of injury time.
The match was played in atrocious conditions and rivals for the title,Sutton United, had their match at Maidenhead postponed at half time, due to a waterlogged pitch, when they were leading 3-2.
Macc now 6 points clear at the top but have played a game more than Sutton.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

THE BIG LIVE GAME finished ..Oxford 1 Scunny 1

DM post match analisist .... the ref wants shooting after going to the opticians .. Scunny totally dominated the first 45 mins and should have gone in 3 up not only 1 ..as the man in black missed a blatant hand ball on the goal line and a dubious offside...Oxford play better in the second half and get a super soft pen for their goal ..

Graham Alexander put together a very good squad ,, still cant believe Peter the chairman Swann sacked him without a replacement lined up , hearing stories that some of the players had stopped backing Alexander ??? but theres something else behind his sacking IMO ... Scunny saty in 5th after being in the top 6 all season its looking like they could drop away with Plymouth n Peterboro now level on points for the play off spots .

ME DRYSDALE ..... more like Grimsdale blind TW8T
