I'd check at Bangkok Hospital if you're looking for a proper physical to determine testosterone levels and testosterone therapy to build muscle mass and possibly increase your metabolic rate... 70kg is a lot to lose. It won't come easy and will take a long while.

Before embarking on such a drastic plan I would read up on a Keto. There are plenty of videos and websites that can help you. If you follow this natural eating plan the weight will come off and rather quickly.
