both, they will either refuse and let you know, if no notice, show up as usual for 90 day at 7 day grace or withing. worst they can do is refuse, but try to get something in writing, saying your were there, even a pic of you/paperwork/dated bkk post. so not fined 2000 when udon office opens.EMS mail? agrre w/jackspratt, don't try the laos run without visa as a friend of mine did, got caught, as mentioned, too easy, and was sent back to get laos visa. though he did say it worked a couple times in the past, oops. really not worth the risk if you live here, might catch someone on a really bad day.
