Well I think he is still around. I believe I saw him in Big C this morning with middle aged Thai Lady. Wasn't sure so I didn't approach him.

no need to approach the guy, just get the info off the bikes license plate and pass it to irish clock

He was inside not outside. If I was sure I would have introduced myself and see if he would tell me his name. That is all the OP has asked for as far as I know.

Don't mind helping. I don't care to do stake outs anymore, got things to do.

I see the "other forum" has posted the picture I photoshopped, but they also should of also used the bike photo and the profile I came up with

there are quite a few 6 foot tall fat balding old guys that look like that, but do they have a black mio with a black helmet?

Strange that people are sitting outside and didn't respond. Child seems to just walk away. Guy just leisurely gets his helmet and rides off. Based on all of that, the guy might still be around.

Looks to me Just turned around, and Playfully cuffed at him. But accidently, caught him in the face.?
Maybe thats why nobody was interested. He leasurily takes his time, dont appear angry, and sets off on his Motorbike.
Maybe, maybe not.

That could be a Mio, but I wouldn't rule out the possibility of it being a Honda Click (because of the decals on the side of the bike)... and from the clean up I've done on the picture, it looks like the front and lower rear panels of the bike could be dark red colour.

This is getting too silly. You can't see ---- from all your photoshopping and farting about.

Get over it. Pretty sure the kid has already.

It is not a secret that most foreigners don't like that Songkran procedure!

If I am living with a child in Thailand, I would teach him/her not to squirt water on foreigners except they run around with a water gun also. This would be for kids own safety. There are enough locals to "play", kids and adults.
With 8 years my son in Europe was old enough to understand lessons and arguments.

But if I run a business I sure would tell my children to keep away from watering my own customers, all nationals!

I know many guys who stay at home all these days because they don't like that way of fun, but must go out for a meal sometimes. Then they think a restaurant is a safe place and might get back home dry, but they are wrong.
It's an irony that the man in the video has not shot with the water gun by a child from the street but from the restaurant owner's son.
This is not an excuse for the bloke's rude behavior but whatever happens, I always try to understand the reaction of boths sides.

I only added 1 picture from a screen capture from the low quality youtube video put up, not photoshopped

I do remember most of the bad things that happened to me when I was a little kid, much more than the good things.

Perhaps an idea that all establishment managed by farangs hang up a picture of this man, requesting more info about his identity and adress.

You forget that this is Thailand and it is their country with their ways. We should not expect them to change for us. Most foreigners are trying to fit in, telling kids not to squirt a farang is telling him we are not part of things. I myself don't go out during Songkran unless I have to or want to get involved. If I get wet I know that is part of it.
