Change in DHL shipping policy

Change in DHL shipping policy. I orderd an item out of the UK, in the past the driver collected the import tax on delivery. Not this time I had to do a bank transfer and pay the tax before they would deliver it

Did this delay the delivery time in your opinion?

Following payment, how long did it take for them to actually deliver?

I am expecting two boxes from overseas in the next few days so would be nice to know if I need to change any plans I may have in place as of today.
