That immediately raises a red flag. Be cautious, it sounds like a scam.

I have had either 2 or 3 in the past year I have just deleted them and have had no problems with my account.

The house will be easy to find. It will be 'over there' behind the other place. You will notice the lights are all off and there is no one around. The bank book is locked in the safe, the combination is in the desk drawer;
