Strange rain

Hi,
Last few days, two or three times, the sky was blue but it has rained drops of a strange substance!
Does someone has an idea what is it ?

Im going with that parrot as not sure i believe in alien life form peepee n ufos with oil leaks etc ..at the moment there is a massive cloud seeding programme going on over the whole of the Norht East

I will go with cloud seeding, often chemical used is silver iodide which is a very light greyish colour. If this is released at high altitudes (above nearby clouds) it can be blown a long way by upper air streams. If it was purple I would blame it on Prince.
