Why do you not just give up in trying to show Thailand in a bad light.
The photo shows no parking on the other side of the barrier facing the camera.

I could understand if motorbikes were parked where it says no parking.

Obviously you do not have a original thought in your head to post on a subject which you want people to call Thais idiots and are useless.
