New style electricity bill?

Plucked out our bill from the plastic box 2 days ago and it was only the receipt portion from last months bill? Checked my PEA bill pay option on the KBank app says there is "No Outstanding Balance".

Mrs Dero has just told me there will be no power charges this month and that includes the Or-Bor-Tors bills for street lighting, water pumps etc.

I can't say I have seen a Government announcement re Power concessions, you guys heard anything?

Checked out our May and June bills and there did not appear to be any noticeable change in the unit rate (avg 4.1 Baht).

Guessing this may be a catch up????

I’m not even going to try to work my bills out.

We’re pretty consistent with usage.
Meter 1 - same units as last 6 months & 200 baht less than last month but 600 baht more than February
Meter 2 - same units as last 6 months & 500 baht less than last month which is exactly the same as February

There’s obviously been some sort of discounts applied over the last 6 months including February to give the costs for units used.
The net effect is it’s 700 baht down on last month so I’m happy
