What Are The Songkhran Dates?

Does anyone know when Songkhran will end and if the bank and immigration are open or closed on Monday and Tuesday?

K I n g s birthday Tuesday.

Banks, schools and government offices closed BOTH days.

near as i can figure, they're breaking-up songkran
week and just gonna make a few long weekends
outta it( like this week)
