Good day to all. We have been renting the same house for almost 9 years. The landlord has informed us that he intends to sell ASAP. His asking price seems to be quite inflated forcing us to look at renting somewhere else.We are 2 retirees, one Thai and me (non-Thai ) plus possibly the 35 years old step-daughter. We are looking at 2 scenarios: ( 1) rent a house, (2) rent an apartment for myself for a few months while we try to resettle, my TGF would go to her sister's place. A 2-3 bedroom house (thai-style house ok ) located inside the Ring road, close to transportation. A one-bedroom house could be considered. Willing to entertain any reasonable offer.PLease provide a map location, price and availability.Thanks, have a nice day.

maybe you could also look for a buyer yourself and rent it from him/her again as well?
could be a win-win-situation for all.
