Weather in Udon ?

I let the dogs out early, about 3am ish, still sticky, still hot, I’m really not a fan of the hot season, bring on rainy season I say. My grass is looking a bit like a cross between Prince Harrys’s pubes and a shredded wheat and some of the trees are giving up the ghost despite being watered regularly, only 5 weeks or so to go, hopefully.

Thai met office saying rainy season will be later n shorter this year .. you may be lucky n get some water for your shredded wheat this coming weekend .. a for Hs pubes get the strimmer out.

Its blooming hot already n gonna be a real nasty one .. AC will get a good shift in today

I dont know if its just me , but i seem to be struggling with this intense heat more this year than i usually do .
Its just relentless at the moment . My one saving grace is i have many mature trees that shade a lot of the garden and house roof , and its usually 5 degrees cooler than the plot i own next door .
Yet still the A C struggles , even after a good clean ,service and re gas .
Roll on the rainy season .

Saint i agree so far its been more of a struggle with the heat .. maybe also due to the strange C19 circumstances not helping , ive changed my eating habits as no real appetite when its this hot ..

Brekkie cornflakes n a can Sivilai
Lunch a Thai Lat khao or rice soup dish and a can Sivilai
Evening dinner a sarnie and a can of Siviali or 2

Its hot hot today but tomorrow a degree or 2 hotter

I do not know if it is the heat, but this morning while chilling I noticed not one single breath of wind anywhere, so when the sun rose it became hot very quickly and at 1100 hrs at my hairdressers the other end of the Airport runway it was reading 41 degrees. Although the wind does pick up a little in the afternoon, it remains very hot not so humid but HOT !

Thanks Dr Barney .. i will try your diet plan ..after today ..

DM is treating himself to seafood and Sivilai today ... Ms Emm next door at the Tap is selling fresh seafood out front in the car park ,,huge prawns n all sorts of stuff oysters crabs n shell fish .. cheap as chips as well !!

I wasnt out long as its still super hot and my man cleevage was running .. temp in car telling me its 41 ??

My max/min thermometer said 42 centigrade today, worst was that it was still 38 at 5 p.m. That's the highest temperature i have seen for that time of day in Udon. Trying to water my trees (recently planted) at 6 p.m was tough.

0740 this AM, checked the Thermometer it was reading 41 in the sun, now that is hot, so later today it will be OMG time .

If this is what hell feels like , i had better start praying . This constant heat day and night is doing me in .
The only time i can remember being this hot constantly was whilst at anchor waiting for a birth in the gulf of Kutch .
That was donkeys years ago , but i was lucky and got the night security watch .
Poor old aircon doesnt know what hit it . I dont think the compressor shut off at all yesturday .

if you stand on chair and press your face against
outlet of the ac , it seems colder somehow
