As I recall the house is about 5 or 6 years old. The outside pics are I would guess to be about 1 year old. The inside pics were taken yesterday.

Hi Bryan, if house not sold please let me know if there are some problems with the house.....like if it is raining inside...if water and electricity working well in all rooms...
I suppose that the house is on thai name if there are a Chanote for the land.

Please let me know how old are the AC-units, if there are some water-damages in the bathrooms or kitchen, etc...

Everything is in good condition. There are a couple of small things that are in the process of being repaired, but the intention is to leave the new buyer with a move in ready unit. I think it would be best for you to come see for yourself, and I can show you any defects that I am aware of. In any case all substantive defects will be remedied prior to you taking possession. The chanote is free and clear and in my wife's possession.

AC about 4-5 years (2 ac in the bedrooms)living room about 2 years, i'm working about the small leaking under the sink.
