The house is partly furnished with wardrobe, 2 double beds, dining table, coffee table, fridge freezer,2 armchairs, kitchen utensils,fans, 2 hot showers(1 ensuite), 2 aircons, secure window bars,kitchen with double hob. Secure and covered parking(tiled). Very clean house and well maintained.Cheap electric and water bills. The house will be available on the 29th of sept. 10,000 per month,deposit 10,000.
