Looking for ground floor furnished rental no more than 5 km outside ring road.
Preferably with air con, kitchen, washing machine and sitting room
Quiet area
start 1st May

I have no affiliation but you could try "Sharples" on the east side of the ring Road

Empire villa and bb resort both in nongsam rong 3k from ring road both have swimming pools

Jenny's Apartments just off the ring road has a kitchen, hot water bath tub, separate sleeping room, fully furnished

Thanks to all who have responded so far.
Jenny's apartment very nice but not for me.
Not sure yet if Samrong Gardens do long term
Empire Villas, BB and Sharples not for me
Crikey there is a lot of run down property (non resort )out there!
If anyone hears about a furnished non resort bungalow for rent please let me know - I know they exist but I can't find one available at the moment - near to the army hospital would be great

Samrong gardens do long term but its just a room,no cooking facilities and no washing machine
