Ben Hogan Apex Plus Forged irons 3-E(qualizer)( Pitching Wedge)
In fantastic condition for their age with normal bag clatter expected of forged irons but does not detract from their performance. The E has a dink in the base but does not affect performance
All have Hogan Apex No 3 Frequency Matched Regular shafts apart from the E which has nearest equivalent I was recommended a NS PRO 950 GH Shaft
They have Golf Pride MCC™ (New Decade® MultiCompound) grips that fuse the positive performance of rubber and cord.
If you want to improve your game & have never played with forged clubs then if you put in the correct practice you should show significant improvement within 4-6 weeks simply by accurately knowing your yardages with each club
So grab a great bargain @7,500 THB and start playing the golf you always wanted. The pros only use forged clubs for a reason- think about it

These clubs are what professionals use & the average golfer would not be able to use them even with 10 weeks of practice & lessons.

You have to be able to strike the ball consistently well.

They are a fair price (maybe) if you are a very low handicapper.

These are cavity perimeter weighted so you do not have to be a low handicapper to use them
If you are a decent 18-24 but cannot score it’s probably because you do not hit your irons a reliable distance because they are steel heads and probably graphite shafts
That’s the death for distance control & ensuing inconsistency i.e. you regularly are chipping from front or back of green and not putting from on the greens
These clubs once you get used to a forged club head and the frequency matched steel Apex shafts, that distance control will follow
Whoever buys these I would be more than happy to meet them at Wing23, NSR or the other range in Udon and give them some help with their swing so they truly benefit from the clubs

Here is my situation: I am an older guy, golf beginner, took a few lessons, now want to spend a bit of time on a driving range to figure out whether this game is for me, i.e. advance to a standard where it is fun... long way to go.

So what I am looking for is buying a few basic clubs that are suitable for my 188 cm body.

Would your clubs fit this bill?

I could meet you after my golf on Wednesday at say 12.30pm at Wing 23 ( I live 50 Km's outside of the town) if you like. Might be a couple of minutes late as always get lost in there. Keep your phone on. The launch monitor could be fun, so yes please bring it
