I bought a All in one refurbished DELL computer from Lazada. Worse piece of crap I ever had! I only need lap top for my music mainly.

Was it malfunctioning or broken from the start or was it the incorrect choice for the tasks at hand?
My last experience with Dell laptops was corporate and quite a while back but it was generally good. The brand I favor on lazada is Fujitsu. They seem to be low-mileage and doing the intended job so far.
