Anyone know where I can get a company logo made up to my specs?
Will be for shop signs, banners, and to go on polo shirts.

Try the freelancer websites, there are hundreds of graphic artists out there that could create something for you for a minimal fee.

I've tried that route, most of them want silly money prices.

I think I've found someone who may help here in Udon.

there used to be a small printing shop directly opposite the library, the cute babe speaks english, and ran up afew things for me afew years back..worth a chat if driving thru

If you don't have any joy with the local you've found, try the fiver freelance sites:

Both of these sites should be able to provide you with what you're looking for at a very reasonable price $5-$10 USD.

I had a nice professional looking logo designed for 4,000bt on freelancer.com. You can get cheaper if you look around however you get what you pay for IMO. I guess it depends on what you're looking for, if you want something basic you could try http://www.logomaker.com/ or the sites mentioned above. However if you want something unique and inventive it's best to hire a decent graphic artist, unfortunately there aren't that many up here in Udon.
