Anyone recommend where I can get a single-page document printed in the city? I have the file as a pdf on a USB stick so should be quite easy.

Just about any of the Internet Cafes in town would do that for you tamada.

You could just go to LandMark, avoid any rain, easy parking and since don't actually need an IC........ on the 3rd floor, this printer sales / repair, windows update / comp service shop would probably just print it off for you. On third floor.
