I would check with the guy who operates a lock & key "booth" in Tesco Lotus Extra. He's located just in front of the Health pharmacy in the front of the store.

If you're driving west on Nittayo Road past Makro headed into town, there is a soi on the left just before you reach the traffic light at Nong Bua Road. A locksmith is right there on the corner...can't miss his shop. His name is Tee and his shop number is 042-244-430 and his cell is 081-975-3566. The location is indicated by the two red dots on the following map. Double left click on the photo to enlarge. Just call him and he will come to you, but be sure to quiz him on the price beforehand.

Not sure if that's the same locksmith as the one I've used across the Nittayo Road if you come from the sports center.
