Algae Derived DHA

Post by rjj04 » August 13, 2018, 1:05 pm

Anybody see this around town? Not available on AliExpress from what I saw either so the pickings are slim.

Also...

Amla (Indian gooseberry)??

Thanks in advance.

Amla (Indian gooseberry) is Phyllanthus emblica is มะขามป้อม (ma kham bawm) which is available in virtually all of the health food stores as tonic, lozenges, dried.....and available in the markets when in season. Our neighbor has a tree......when our gardener's throat is acting up, he'll venture over and pick a few of the fresh fruit to gnaw on.
A few weeks ago, my wife had a cough......a bottle of gooseberry elixir from most any pharmacy, health food store, or even 7-11........and the cough was gone in a day or two.

There's a variety available online.....one at https://shopee.co.th/Auswelllife-Smart- ... .626067163

I'd bet Somsak's pharmacy, directly across from Ban Hui market, carries it.
