I have tried BigLot TOA but staff do not know they have methylphenidated spirit but not White Spirit

Maybe lost in translation on both accounts but isn’t the the fancy word you used a controlled substance drug? White spirit is like turpentine?

Cant see it expanding 4-5 inches up the can

Didn't say it did but if you know mrp you will understand some companies chose to manufacture only 1 size of can for commercial reasons label only way to tell quantity that should be inside.

More like Shellite in old world text.
Guess it largely depends on where one originates.

You can buy white spirits (mineral spirits) at any home center (Global House, Home Pro, Home Hub, Thai Watsadu, the large paint store just opposite Global House etc etc etc) here in Udon Thani. Typically sold in quart bottles and gallon cans.

I believe this is the Thai name: วิญญาณแร่ at least according to Google Translate

There are a few different products all in beer bottles! Careful .Dont get the red ("100%" labelled one. Its solvent!
"Nam mahn son" is usually green its white spirit, or maybe even real turps!

I noticed correctly in the original post that he ask for "methylphenidated" Methylphenidate is a ADHD drug AKA Ritalin. If your cleaning paint brushes or parts plenty of suggestions have been made where to buy solvent ,turps, paint thinner etc. If "White Spirits" is what kids call Ritalin these days you need to go the chemist lol. Probably auto correct inserted the word for ya.
