I'm looking for an aluminium stockist for Aly angle 25mm X 3mm or strip 25mm X 2mm or 3mm. Similar slightly smaller or bigger will also be OK. I've never seen it in GH, TW, DH, or any of those stores.

Thanks in advance.

I'll certainly give it a try. Have you bought from them?

Jerome, I didn't buy aluminum from them, but the safety glass for a table top I got from them was delivered to my house and it was two CM too wide. They said it was done in Bangkok and can't cut again or glass will break, sorry. Not too happy dealing with them, although a lot of guys have had good experiences, I think.

If it was toughened glass AFIK it can't be cut as it is designed to shatter if damaged and has to be processed after cutting to size, so I'm not surprised at the answer. However if they supplied the wrong size that isn't good service.

You are absolutely correct. I understood they couldn't cut it or it would shatter, but the only option they gave me was to pay for another sheet of glass. That's BS, since they screwed up the dimensions, not me. Just a friendly heads up regarding this shop.

I could not find the shop or any other business selling aluminium in town. However SWMBO has a friend who makes doors and windows who directed us to a huge warehouse selling parts for windows and doors where I was able to get some powder coated aluminium angle that will do the job, 110 Baht per 6 metre length
