No .. its a baby sitting service for parents who want to dump their kids for an hour or two ...with the added bonus of broken English strange gramma and tired over worked teachers trying to make up their salary ... dont work .

BTW whwn on the bones of my arse i worked for similar outfit ENGLISH AMERICAN in BKK many moons ago (13 years ogo actually) .. part of my life i wish to forget (after drug abuse and shooting and that was only the kids  ).........suffice to say im not lover of these language "institutes"..

I may be wrong

Just read yer pm Fred and in answer i cant comment if the teachers in the place you mention are all expats , Thai or a mix .. these language institutes tend to be a mix of both with the English taught by expats of various nationalities / non native speakers ..not that that is a problem unless conversation has a heavy accent .... in fact i worked with several non native speakers in Bkk , Dutch , Belgians and Scandos whose English was excellent and they were excellent teachers., met one Scottish chap who i couldnt understand never mind a class full of Thai Kids who dint wanna be there.

Good luck

sent my daughter to 'Pingu English' for all of the summer last year when she was 4 years old. She really enjoyed it.
..The teachers were all Thai and spoke reasonably good English. She goes to an international school with English teachers so I can't say it was any good from an English language point of view but it did stop her getting bored for a few months!
