Mobile Wifi

Post by tekmo » March 26, 2013, 2:38 am

Hey Guys,

another topic im clueless about.

So last year during my visit, i had brought my Verizon S3 over to UD and it picked up Hotspots with TRUE and I think DTAC,
I was wondering if i can do a prepaid account or something just for HOTSPOT for my USA S3?

is this possible? or do i need to switch over to a thai phone?

thanks!

CDMA phones will not work in thailand, I believe there is only 1 CDMA carrier

most likely your phone is locked to verizon

you probably saw wifi routers with your phone, @TRUEWIFI which requires a login

I use unlocked GSM phones on t-mobile in the US
you will need an unlocked GSM phone and a smartphone plan

Don't understand. If a hp have an option to connect to internet using wifi, what has this to do with simcard? It works then like any laptop or tablet.
Don't be a loser, don't comment on others if u haven't achieved a thing.
