Sport365 or IlikeHD TV

Post by socksy » June 19, 2014, 5:35 am

I've only had Sport365 and am looking for views from anyone who has the alternative IlikeHD. I've looked at their website and to me it's about as clear as mud. Are there good sports channels and what is the monthly premium please?

Sport365 or IlikeHD TV

I have dealt with ilikehd for several months. Good thing is that they are quick to respond to questions via email.

But -- I started out with Thai and English live TV and on-demand movies for 350 baht. Then they re-did their whole system and the movies are not available and they cannot say when they will be. Then I paid 300 baht for the live TV. That was OK. When I went to re-new for another month, they changed the rate structure and wanted 500 baht for live TV and sports. I do not want the sports but they told me I was getting a very good deal for 500 baht, since it had previously been 900 baht.

They advertise more than 200 channels of live TV. Hoooooeeeey !! Most of the channels are not available due to unknown reasons. You can get 3 or 4 English news channels, Universal channel and sometimes a documentary channel in English. I have found maybe 8 or 10 English speaking channels total.

Most of the sports channels are football (soccer) but I did not watch them much. Other sports ??? --

When I asked them about what channels they have in the beginning, they simply told me to use the free 7 day trial and check it out. Assuming they still have that free 7 day trial, you might give it a go and see if it is what you are looking for.

For myself, I would like to find a service that is better suited to my viewing preferences. I hope my experiences help you a little.

Does anyone know of other internet companies that are similar to ilikehd, offering multiple English language channels. I want to compare alternatives to ilikehd. I recently moved to another house and changed to True TV and internet. The 699 baht package has essentially only one English channel (Fox) that I would watch, since I don't watch much football (soccer).
