Actually there have been 18 school shootings with 8 resulting in injuries or death , good to be accurate as one can be on things like this .
Problem is not enough guns . If usa tripled the gun ownership there would be less shootings and if they armed all the teachers there would be less shootings (except stressed out teachers shooting the pupils) and that is the only answer . Ask any american they will tell you i am right .

Or maybe, in that case, all Americans are wrong.
All teachers carrying guns? That sounds like some kind of crazy dystopia to me.

How about if there were no guns. No guns manufactured, no guns sold, no guns bought, and no guns owned. You may say that I'm a dreamer, and that such a society will never come about. But that does not make it either wrong or useless to try to strive for such a society. And maybe fewer innocents will be shot down in cold blood while we are striving.

Of course you are right , i was extracting the urine . The only answer is the same as uk and australia . Total ban on gun ownership but as much as i like the usa the indoctrination of an old amendment that cannot be amended is too ingrained on macho us people. They argue that then only the criminals will have guns but it is not the criminals who are responsible for the most shooting esp suicides.
And even the make it harder to buy a gun brigade are wrong as a large percentage of shootings are with parents or relatives ie responsible gun owners guns
Would take perhaps 20 yrs or more but then it would stop

Donald's Twit "My prayers and condolences to the families of the victims of the terrible Florida shooting. No child, teacher or anyone else should ever feel unsafe in an American school."

Well if they felt safe why would they think they needed to do "training" for such a "situation"

A teacher told WSVN that she hid in a closet with 19 students for 40 minutes - and that the school underwent training for such a situation six weeks ago.

When I worked in USA I would tell others about working in different countries such as Iraq Nigeria etc One of the surprising responses from Americans was something like this" You wouldn't get me to those countries I might get shot"

Odd

There we go, finally a truthful person "I loves my guns!!"

No of this other BS that others feed on

Now, get rid of them. An assault rifle is an assault rifle and has no reason to be in the general population

Semper,
When I was in school there were no guns in gunracks in the parking lot, no teacher reading the bible but we did have the pledge at the beginning of the school day. Personally for me it's the availability of assault rifles that contribute to the mass killings, along with the lack of responsibility by a lot of parents who rely on video games and cell phones to raise their children.

In a DUI accident, the vast majority of people blame the driver.

In a bombing, the vast majority of people blame the bomber.

In a knifing or beheading, the vast majority of people blame the one with the knife.

In a shooting, LIBs blame the gun.

Political Correctness is to blame in many of these instances that are reported and then dropped. Fear of reprisals. Fear of lawsuits. Not wanting to hurt anyone's feelings. The adult in this instance was targeted MONTHS ago for fear that he would do exactly what he did ... and the can was just rolled down the road. Fellow students knew, teachers knew, administrators knew, the FBI knew -- and even people on Youtube who read his posts knew and reported them.
