Top three things you miss from home?
I've been thinking about when I was back in the UK and the things I miss excluding family and friends. Of course we can get most things here now, and as the years pass we have access to more and more but here's my top three, what are yours?
1, Pie mash and liquor
2, My Nissan Pathfinder
3, Walking by the sea in Thanet in all kinds of weather

The forest was shrinking daily but the trees kept voting for the axe as its handle was made of wood and they thought it was one of them.

Without thinking more than 2 minutes;-
Not the "Top" 3 but the first three that sprang to mind
Good beer at acceptable prices
Girls that understand there is a second part to the word striptease
Walking on pavements about town without fear of being run over, breaking your ankles or being garrotted by electrical cables

Did you used to go to Brick Lane Chuchi? I used to go to there and the Kushoom Bugh in Upminster, seems like a lifetime ago.

Miss being able to jump on the tube in London at Lunch or after work and going for short walks or seeking out new/different pubs and beers. Caducus reminded me that I've not been to the opera for over 15 years ROH & ENO were regular haunts
