Premature Baby murdered and left in Trash in Udon Thani

The baby was found in the Wangmatcha Rimnongbua park area on the Rimnongbua Road in the early hours of Thursday morning. 1 man and 2 women were seen on a motorcycle in the area by the lady who found the body in a black plstic bin bag whilst she was empyying the bin on her rounds. Police are checking CCTV footage to see if ay of the 3 on the motorbike were involved.
