Things (Not) to Do in October

All those yellow flowers being planted on the sides of roads, in front of government buildings/schools etc......all in preparation for the big funeral event in October. How that might affect normal business at offices like Immigration, driver's license, etc.........I haven't read anything in the news.....but I'd guess there will be interruptions. 25-29 Oct
