i would give it an 8/10...my wife loves the bike, very easy to stroll around locally...
will update later about durability...enc..
i have installed a small side kickstand , more easy for the wife ,(92 baht/shopee)

Seen this afternoon at Tungsrimuang fair. The 9500 B bike has a 48V, 500 W battery. No brochure, more info on their LINE webpage.
