It's so easy to use innuendo to try to make it about Trump because any GET TRUMP clown will readily believe it.

Truth smacks someone in the head yet AGAIN.

I know this is British but I could not help but think about you when I watched it.

What's Trump achieved? Temporary tax cuts for the wealthy? A bromance with Kim Jong-un? Diddly squat with Congress.

Continue to question why comparison is made with Obama as he isnt running for office He is long gone. Or is it that he is the only one Trump could hopefully beat if he ran again. But he cant, he already had his 8 years at bat.
Regardless if he did a good or bad job HE IS GONE, PAST, ON THE GOLF COURSE, GONE FISHN.
Does he want to get involved either with a $65 Million book deal, $400,000 per talking engagement, both girls out of the house?
So why worry about him at all it's the future old Golden Top had best worry about and the most major part is just around the corner.

What's Trump achieved?
A couple of things;

Almost 4 million jobs created since election.
More Americans are now employed than ever recorded before in our history.
We have created more than 400,000 manufacturing jobs since my election.
Manufacturing jobs growing at the fastest rate in more than THREE DECADES.
Economic growth last quarter hit 4.2 percent.
New unemployment claims recently hit a 49-year low.
Median household income has hit highest level ever recorded.
African-American unemployment has recently achieved the lowest rate ever recorded.
Hispanic-American unemployment is at the lowest rate ever recorded.
Asian-American unemployment recently achieved the lowest rate ever recorded.
Women’s unemployment recently reached the lowest rate in 65 years.
Youth unemployment has recently hit the lowest rate in nearly half a century.
Lowest unemployment rate ever recorded for Americans without a high school diploma.
Under my Administration, veterans’ unemployment recently reached its lowest rate in nearly 20 years.
Almost 3.9 million Americans have been lifted off food stamps since the election.
The Pledge to America’s Workers has resulted in employers committing to train more than 4 million Americans. We are committed to VOCATIONAL education.
95 percent of U.S. manufacturers are optimistic about the future—the highest ever.
Retail sales surged last month, up another 6 percent over last year.
Signed the biggest package of tax cuts and reforms in history. After tax cuts, over $300 billion poured back in to the U.S. in the first quarter alone.
As a result of our tax bill, small businesses will have the lowest top marginal tax rate in more than 80 years.
Helped win U.S. bid for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
Helped win U.S.-Mexico-Canada’s united bid for 2026 World Cup.
Opened ANWR and approved Keystone XL and Dakota Access Pipelines.
Record number of regulations eliminated.
Enacted regulatory relief for community banks and credit unions.
Obamacare individual mandate penalty GONE.
My Administration is providing more affordable healthcare options for Americans through association health plans and short-term duration plans.
Last month, the FDA approved more affordable generic drugs than ever before in history. And thanks to our efforts, many drug companies are freezing or reversing planned price increases.
We reformed the Medicare program to stop hospitals from overcharging low-income seniors on their drugs—saving seniors hundreds of millions of dollars this year alone.
Signed Right-To-Try legislation.
Secured $6 billion in NEW funding to fight the opioid epidemic.
We have reduced high-dose opioid prescriptions by 16 percent during my first year in office.
Signed VA Choice Act and VA Accountability Act, expanded VA telehealth services, walk-in-clinics, and same-day urgent primary and mental health care.
Increased our coal exports by 60 percent; U.S. oil production recently reached all-time high.
United States is a net natural gas exporter for the first time since 1957.
Withdrew the United States from the job-killing Paris Climate Accord.
Cancelled the illegal, anti-coal, so-called Clean Power Plan.
Secured record $700 billion in military funding; $716 billion next year.
NATO allies are spending $69 billion more on defense since 2016.
Process has begun to make the Space Force the 6th branch of the Armed Forces.
Confirmed more circuit court judges than any other new administration.
Confirmed Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and nominated Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
Withdrew from the horrible, one-sided Iran Deal.
Moved U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem.
Protecting Americans from terrorists with the Travel Ban, upheld by Supreme Court.
Issued Executive Order to keep open Guantanamo Bay.
Concluded a historic U.S.-Mexico Trade Deal to replace NAFTA. And negotiations with Canada are underway as we speak.
Reached a breakthrough agreement with the E.U. to increase U.S. exports.
Imposed tariffs on foreign steel and aluminum to protect our national security.
Imposed tariffs on China in response to China’s forced technology transfer, intellectual property theft, and their chronically abusive trade practices.
Net exports are on track to increase by $59 billion this year.
Improved vetting and screening for refugees, and switched focus to overseas resettlement.
We have begun BUILDING THE WALL. Republicans want STRONG BORDERS and NO CRIME. Democrats want OPEN BORDERS which equals MASSIVE CRIME.

Judicial Watch has won a significant victory in federal court regarding Hillary's violations of classified documents.

Judicial Watch v. US Department of State

The court has granted all requests for discovery and has allowed Clinton and her attorney Cheryl Mills to file opposition within thirty days.

The court has ordered 7 additional depositions, 3 interrogatories and 4 document requests related to Hillary's unauthorized email server. Those will take place in person and under oath. Some include the following:

- take testimony and gather evidence of Hillary's handling of emails
- question Heather Samuelson regarding her "after action memo"
- when State and Justice learned of Hillary's private email use
- what senior State officials knew about Hillary's emails and when
- who at State was charged with record-keeping regarding the emails

In December 2018, the court previously ordered discovery into three areas:
1. whether Hillary’s use of a private email server was intended to stymie FOIA requests
2. whether the State Department’s intent to settle this case in late 2014 and early 2015 amounted to bad faith
3. whether the State Department has adequately searched for records responsive to requests from Judicial Watch

Some of these December interviews have led to the additional rulings by the court.

Appears that it ain't close to being over for Hillary.

"Trump says he canceled secret meeting with Afghan president, Taliban at Camp David"

How could we trust a person who has lied or misled people in statements that there was a Secret Meeting to begin with???
Or is it a smoke screen being played?

.

After spending hours reading, hearing and watching news and information about the US-China trade situation, I'm becoming more convinced of several things:

1. China realizes that Trump isn't bluffing
2. This has much more to do with national security than trade. I've seen several refer to this as "Cold War 2."
3. There has been more and more talk about "decoupling" (hat tip to Jake!) -- more and more corporations moving out of China and more and more talk about the distinct possibility that the US will stop trading with China completely if China doesn't come around.
4. China is beginning to realize that the US doesn't need China as badly as China needs the US.

All of that said and even with China in bad economic condition, I believe that their latest offers to talk will result in some half-baked trade offer meant to stall some more. It's also an attempt to create some phony optimism in the hopes that China can stop the bleeding of companies leaving China. I'd say my thoughts on this are at least 50/50. However, it could be bad enough that some good deal acceptable to Trump, and that also preserves national security, could be reached. However, I'm not optimistic after watching this slow-play up to the 2020 elections by China.

One thing that doom & gloomers never consider is that even though the US deficit in trade isn't dented much by adjusting supply chains, the goal is to get out from under China's trade thumb -- one country that has the potential to create lots of risks and problems. In other words, like a good investor -- DIVERSIFY even when it comes to trading partners. Not good to be too connected to one, especially if that one is an enemy.

Trump gets it, and most Americans are getting it too. See that Harvard Harris Poll where over 70% agree with him on confronting China and doing it now.

But guess who was in the news in a big way two weeks ago when the trade tensions really flared up and affected world markets? GOOGLE. They're moving all of their smartphone production to Vietnam -- NOW and through the rest of this year. You know where Google is moving their smart home speaker assembly? Thailand. Read up, doom & gloomers.

But don't think I don't know that Google isn't the first one to bail on China. There are over 50 big corps that have moved out or are in the process of massively scaling back, moving out and relocating supply chains.

The primary goal of decoupling isn't to bring jobs from China to the US. The goal is to stop the US dependency on China's unfair trading practices and shore up US national security. It's also going to stop the volatility in the markets and strengthen Main Street. Eventually and indirectly, MORE JOBS will be created on Main Street as a result.

National security is primary in the decoupling. Trade is secondary.

Never forget. The US is the world's #1 consumer market -- where the economy is strong and Americans have money to spend.

China is in bad shape, but they care less about THEIR Main Street than the US globalists care about the US Main Street. China is probably willing to endure more suffering. After all, they're communists. It's about what's good for the collective, right?

All of that said, I'm not optimistic of the Chinese Communists reaching a deal with the US. I think these continuing talks and a meeting in October are just another way to delay. China wants Trump to lose in 2020, and the Chinese would rather deal with a socialist/communist cupcake instead. I think China only wants to do enough in trade talks to slow things down some more to get them to the election. If I realize this, I'm sure USTRs realize it too.

No matter if it's a stall on the part of China, the tariffs will still be in place, big corps will still be moving out of China due to uncertainty, the CCP economy will spike further south burning cash to prop up their companies, and the US gets more time to DIVERSIFY trade with more countries.

The US is still in the driver's seat on this.

STILL DAMN WINNING.

Anyone with extremely low intelligence can be relatively successful in finding hate Trump headlines when 90% of media reports about Trump are negative. Any of those same intellectually limited individuals can repeat all the unsourced quotes that the hate-Trump media tries to pass off as news. The 3 or 4 Cheerleaders for Failure in this thread who are left (looks like maybe a 5th one joining them in the last 24 hours), prove it every day at least 2 or 3 times a day.

How many of them can intelligently explain or discuss what they've posted? That's a rhetorical question. They're just copying and pasting with no working knowledge of any of it.

How many of them can articulate what they are FOR, instead of just repeating the hate Trump mantra? They've hated Trump for at least 3 years. Everyone gets it. What do they support?

So why can't these geniuses put forth one idea -- specifically and based on legitimate information -- that would be better than what Trump is doing AND good for America? Why not? Because that would take knowledge, thought and work. They don't have that necessary knowledge of US issues, and they prove it every day. They're not posting to discuss anything. They post to attack Trump or attack America. Nothing else.

None of them have a vote in America, even though they seem so intent on the subject. But none of them even promote any candidate running against Trump or promote any of the alternative ideas of those candidates -- or why they support that idea or candidate. That's really not so much of a surprise.

None of the Cheerleaders for Failure can even articulate what they would do to make America better instead of what Trump is doing. If they think they are smarter than Trump, what policies and programs would they institute that would benefit ALL Americans without penalizing another American? Frankly, I think their hate for America and Trump far outweighs any ideas that would make America better. Their glee in searching for and finding bad news -- even when their sources don't always support their hate -- outlines their motives pretty well.

Their posts reflect a gross lack of understanding about US politics and the players involved, but they hate Trump. Their posts display an extreme deficiency in knowledge regarding federalism and the Constitution, and not even basic knowledge in socioeconomics and international trade as it affects the US -- to include tariffs, trade agreements, supply chains and globalist vs nationalist goals. But they hate Trump.

There's always the possibility that they're just acting like they're ignorant to disguise their trolling. If they're trolling, their true level of maturity and intelligence in all of these areas may never be known.

The best is when they quote one phrase -- not even a full paragraph or sentence -- out of dozens of words and multiple paragraphs to play a word game. It's cuz they got nothin'. Watch. One of them will do the same thing with this post.

If they can't do anything other than what they've been doing, any possibility of mature discussions with any of them will never happen going forward. That's not the goal of trolls who hate Trump anyway.

If all they'll continue to do is troll and hate Trump, they're no different than that crazy one-eyed loser on the corner who curses and waves that stick at everyone and everything that passes. Occasionally, he whacks himself across the forehead with his own stick; and after a time, passers by just ignore him because he's proven that he can't be taken seriously. He's just a street corner troll.
