I read some interesting stats on the following website:

https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2 ... elections/

It seems that roughly 70% of people that vote Republican have religious affiliations, and 70% of people that vote Democratic have no religious affiliation.
I didn't see that at all in the link. Can you tell me exactly where it says this, please?

It seems that roughly 70% of people that vote Republican have religious affiliations, and 70% of people that vote Democratic have no religious affiliation. What this tells me is that there is more to the political divide than just a difference of opinions. We're talking about the root of the reasons why people are liberal versus conservative. It's good versus evil, it's God-fearing versus God hating/indifference and it's a Christian worldview versus a hodgepodge of conflicting worldviews. No liberal is going to change his/her worldview overnight, and the same goes for the Christian. It has taken years for this far-left liberal ideology to manifest into the insanity that we are witnessing today, and I suspect that a monster has surfaced which will not be easily suppressed. The strategy of "winning hearts and minds" through dialog with a liberal is like trying to convert an ISIS fighter to a Christian worldview. A hardened heart on two feet walking in darkness is a terror to be reckoned with. I'm afraid that America is in a fight for its very survival. "The Only Thing Necessary for the Triumph of Evil is that Good Men Do Nothing"! The only way to turn the tide of this scourge is for all decent freedom loving people to get off their couch and vote Republican for the House, Senate and Presidency on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. I promise you...you will not like the alternative!
So let me get this straight...

Religious folks want Donald Duck to lead them — the same guy who paid hush money to a stripper for sex while he was newly married with an infant at home and then lied about it the whole thing? The same guy who says he never had to ask God for forgiveness? The same guy who is so immoral that it would be too time consuming to list all his disgraceful transgressions here.

Here are Ten Reasons You Can't Be a Christian and Vote For Trump:

https://www.dallasnews.com/opinion/comm ... ald-trump/

Why does everyone always want to change the conversation and focus on the sins of Donald Trump when we've all missed the mark and fallen short of the glory of God? Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.

The real question should be "are we ready to accept the alternative"? Would you rather have a communist or socialist for president, or perhaps you'd like to have an inexperienced young homosexual leading the country with his gay husband as 1st "who knows what" in the White House chasing all the male staffers around. If you think the LGBTQ community is out of control now, just wait till Mayor Pete starts pushing that agenda. Is this really what you want in America?
It's certainly not what 100% of right wing, white, male, Christian homophobes want.

So that's maybe 0.27% of the great American unwashed accounted for.

He'll be 74 going into the election. Is there no test he has to do like in driving? Even now he thinks Kansas is a state. What'll he be like in a couple of years?
I'm pretty sure that Kansas is a state:
Tell Donald then.

OK, give him his due, he did re-tweet some sort of correction but honestly, when it comes down to muskets at dawn, you really can't correct hopeless.

This whole Impeachment saga has been a massive boost to DTs chances of re election later this year ..hasnt it ??

DM
Don't conflate Hobson's choice with necessarily being the best choice. The Dems were doomed when they threw their lot in with Hillary in 2016 and don't forget that DJT had historically the lowest rate of endorsement when it came to him being the GOP's pick the same year.

Anyway, water under the bridge as granny tam would say. He inherited a sound economy that was already ascendant and claimed it for his own glittering prize. He hitched a ride on the fruits of America's fracking boom and claimed it for another.

He'll win this year and if Iran implodes and he manages to keep all his sycophants onside for the next 4 years, he's a shoe-in for getting a berth in the already overcrowded pantheon of slightly-better-than-average POTUS's. If Iran explodes or some WH insider comes out with THE pictures or he actually does shoot someone in the middle of 5th Avenue, then all bets are off.

Hes already failed History, Geography, English, Maths, Physics and religious education, and has proven to be not to knowledgeable on sports ......... but he does get an a+ for Biology (well the female anatomy part anyway)
Not sure where the old Scottish Certificate of Education 'Highers' stands in the echelons of academic assessment greatness but I know for a fact that my A+ in Biology didn't come from just knowing what a pussy felt like*... among other things of course.

Jonathan Pie is a fictitious British news reporter, created and played by British actor and comedian Tom Walker, who formerly co-wrote the character with comedian and journalist Andrew Doyle.

Just another nitwit getting rich off of criticizing President Trump. What would these guys do for a living if Trump wasn't in office. It's more "fake news", and it's obvious the guy is taking his talking points directly from CNN. His office is probably a seat in Heathrow Airport directly underneath the big screen TV sponsored by CNN News.
Colossians 2:8-10...See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ. For in HIM dwells all the fullness of the GODHEAD bodily; and you are complete in HIM, who is the head of all principality and power.

And who doesnt live off of Donald Ducks coat tails?

Nearly everyone in the entertainment business That's why it is called the entertainment business

If you put yourself in a highly public position expect it to come on. And The Quacker is bringing on himself with all the speeches, Tweets and utter BS he spreads, He may not write them but he is the Captain and is responsible for the ship If anything goes wrong or amiss he is going to be hung for it, unless your a CEO of a company and have written into your contract a massive sum if you are ousted from your position.

Anyway another 4 years will be GREAT in my books Udonmap will certainly benefit from it along with the Late Night Talk Shows, ALL comedians in all countries Have at it people

What I find a bit worrying is that If we accept that Trump is just the spokesperson and like all others he surrounds himself with advisors who are the best there is in their chosen fields, then we also would have to accept that the loonacy, stupidity and downright bullshit lies that he regularly preaches is the limit of these "experts" knowledge. 8-[

From what I can gather from various sources is that often he is told the truth but ignores it , like the fact he was unaware of what importance Pearl Harbour was, now while it is perfectly acceptable for a man to not know, when as the head of State you are told stuff you are supposed to take note and correct your outlook, it would appear anything POTUS does NOT agree with ( whether it is right or not ), is ignored . So Trump is NO spokesperson he is as one Very Senior person called him not long after he took office a MORON !

It's humor. It's satire. It's sarcasm. It's... everything that DJT can't get his tiny head around.

Anyway, just another post from the, "If it aint Fox News, it aint sh!t" corner. DJT hates it when people take the piss out of him and now his acolytes get pissed when someone takes the piss out of him.

If you want an insight as to how close he keeps God in his heart, cop an earful of his post-impeachment rant at the National Prayer Breakfast.

Why does this thread exist?

A trial works within the rule of law, it gathers accusations, arguments, defense, witnesses and evidence. This was never a trial, it was a cynical exercise in extreme political bias, nothing more, nothing less.

Democrats (yes he did it, it was wrong), Republicans (so what? the boss is not always right, but he is always the boss)
watching in horror
