If you actually read what Declan posts, not all of it mind you but it does open the window to America you may have missed and helps you to understand their mindset, except when it come to the GOP, no-one can really understand them at the moment .
But as reading ( which includes understanding ) is a skill, I doubt you have fully mastered it yet. Not to worry Newtovillage life, there is still hope for you ..............just.

Biden And Harris Approval Ratings Plummet Across Multiple Polls

Kamala Harris Sinking In Polls: Democrats Panicking As VP Has Lowest Approval Ratings Since 1970s

Kamala was very unpopular with Democrat voters during the primaries. She was polling so badly that she could not even carry her own state, and she dropped out in single digits before primary voting even began.
One of the most concerning elements for the White House is Ms Harris’s unpopularity among young people.

https://www.thethinkingconservative.com ... operation/
It’s Not A Presidency, It’s A Wrecking Operation
Consider the following illustrative examples of the sort of wrecking operations the Biden team is undertaking:

- Destroying the southern border in the transparent interest of changing the nation’s demographics so as to secure an electorate that will give the Democrats a permanent majority of voters. As Steve Bannon has observed, the numbers of illegal immigrants entering each month – most of whom are military-age single males – are approaching the size of the army General George Patton used to invade Nazi Germany in World War II. Make no mistake, the Biden wrecking crew has invited an invasion of our America.

- Devaluing the dollar, inviting the end of its status as the world’s reserve currency and a financial reckoning that will be devastating for our economy, budget and people.

- Dividing Americans with so-called “anti-racist” indoctrination that actually promotes black supremacism – an application of classic Marxist class warfare strategies aimed at fracturing, destabilizing and ultimately subduing targeted populations.

- Denying future free and fair elections by enshrining in federal statutes the sort of fraud-prone electoral techniques that have embroiled swing states across the country in controversy, recriminations and audits (including an increasing number of forensic ones).

- Defunding the police, ostensibly as a catalyst to reform but actually for the purpose of replacing capable law enforcement officers with “woke” ones. The costs of such a “fundamental transformation” – especially to poor, urban communities – are becoming more apparent and egregious by the day.

- Demoralizing the military with racist training and purges that destroy good order and discipline and unit cohesion, which are vital to deterrence of aggression – and, if need be, to defending us against it.

- Dismantling foreign policies that were working, including notably, real progress made by the Trump administration in forging bilateral agreements that, until undermined by the Biden team in favor of its appeasement of Iran, enhanced Israel’s security and that of much of the rest of the region.

- Deep-sixing the rule of law by treating criminals more generously than victims and Democrats differently, and usually far better, than Republicans.

- Discrediting the science and public health institutions related to the Chinese Communist Party virus by a litany of seemingly ever-changing and increasingly incoherent, or at least inconsistent, guidelines.

- Derailing Trump’s regulatory reform agenda and saddling the American people, their lives and economy once again with an array of burdensome and costly regulations.

- Deconstructing our history, defaming our country and debasing our values by, among other things, acceding to the miseducation of our kids, the tearing down of our statues, the attacks on our courthouses and the shuttering of our houses of worship. These lines of attack are greatly intensified in terms of their harm to our self-confidence and national pride by the inequitable suspending of constitutional freedoms in the name of countering the CCP virus.

- Depriving the nation of its hard-won energy security with Biden’s version of the lunatic Green New Deal, soaring gas prices and renewed dependency in world markets on unreliable sources like Middle Eastern suppliers and Russia.

In short, Joe Biden and the people actually running his administration seem to be applying Lenin’s reported dictum: “The worse, the better.”
Democrat voters did not vote for this. Only good news for criminals and illegal aliens. Thanks, Joebama.

Yes, it seems odd that a President would step in and pronounce a verdict prior to a trial taking place. Democrats are supposed to be a fair minded, law-abiding group so we should expect them to stand up and admonish their leader for his error.

Amid all the "doom and gloom" from you-know-who:
Stocks in America reached record highs following a strong jobs report. The labour market added 943,000 non-farm jobs in July, beating economists’ forecasts, while the unemployment rate fell to 5.4%. The data suggest that the country’s economic recovery continues apace and that the labour shortage dragging on growth recently has eased. The S&P 500 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average both broke records.

Betraying the Cuban People, Again
Everyone knows that Biden's hollow platitudes are utterly meaningless. "The United States stands with..." what, exactly, does that mean? What does "stands with" look like?

Here is the ugly truth: Biden does not care a damn about the Cuban people throwing off 60+ years of communism. Cubans are holding the largest anti-government rallies in decades. American media coverage has been near zero. Half of Biden's White House staff probably does not understand what the president means by "repression," admires Fidel and Raul Castro, and can be found wearing Che Guevara T-shirts on the weekends.

Cuban President and First Secretary of the Communist Party Miguel Díaz-Canel could order the machine-gunning of every protestor on the streets of Havana and the Biden administration would do nothing. Well, perhaps they might take the "strong action" of two weeks ago and sanction ONE Cuban government official, followed by the "stunning" sanctioning of TWO additional Cuban police officials. Díaz-Canel actually condemned protestors looking for food, calling them "counter-revolutionary mercenaries."

Meanwhile, over on Capitol Hill, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the Squad are advocating for programs and policies right out of the Cuban Communist Party's playbook. They actually want the power outages, rationed medical care and food shortages ordinary Cubans are protesting against. Their militant ideology and policy proposals fit right into the anti-American, Marxist "Critical FILL-IN-THE-BLANK Theory" concepts taught from the Frankfurt School.

Under the Biden administration, the Cuban people will be ignored by the United States, again, as they have been for 60+ years. It is a horror for America -- with brutal, bloody consequences for the innocent people that continue to hold out hope that America will finally help.

Biden Administration "Surrenders" to Germany on Russian Gas Pipeline
"The willingness of the administration to make decisions of this magnitude without consulting the countries most exposed will not be lost on other parts of the world. Jerusalem and Riyadh, for example, are no doubt already strategizing around the potential of facing a surprise similar to the one that Washington just delivered to Warsaw and Kyiv." — Kiron Skinner and Russell Berman, Foreign Policy, July 26, 2021.

"The lesson learned by Germany is that it can pursue its own inclinations of doing business with dictators regardless of principles and with no consequences from Washington. More dangerously, the lesson for Moscow and Beijing is that sanctions for international aggression will never be sustained for very long. The Biden administration has made the fragile international order even less secure." — Kiron Skinner and Russell Berman, Foreign Policy, July 26, 2021.

"The project creates conditions for Russia's escalation of military aggression against Ukraine, as well as the continuation of a hybrid war against the EU and NATO.... This Russian pipeline threatens the national security not only of Ukraine, but also of all of Europe." — Ukrainian Parliament, July 21, 2021.

"The U.S.-German deal is embarrassingly weak. It relies on a vague assurance that after Putin ramps up the blackmail enabled by the deal, Germany will take unspecified actions in response.... Overall, Biden handed Putin the biggest gift he's received in years. He also signaled to Putin that when push comes to shove, the American president is weak and will bow to political pressure." — U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, Washington Examiner, July 22, 2021.

"Remarkably, Washington agreed to end its opposition to the project without any recognizable benefit in exchange: Merkel has neither promised increased engagement for NATO nor more clarity about China. The compromise between Biden and Merkel is not a compromise at all, but an American capitulation." — Robin Alexander, Die Welt, July 21, 2021.

Biden’s Repeal of Trump Era Immigration Reform Allows CCP to Continue Spying at US Universities
Bensman observed that “President Joe Biden has canceled the repair and instead bestowed a priceless gift on People’s Liberation Army intelligence services: continued American vulnerability.”

Bensman added that the Biden administration reversed a previous Trump era policy that was effective in combating espionage problems at universities:

At issue are the 1.5 million cultural exchange “J” visas and the student “F” visas active in any given recent year. Almost without media notice, on July 6 the Biden Department of Homeland Security (DHS) withdrew a September 2020 regulation from the Federal Register that former President Donald Trump’s administration had proposed to relieve the espionage problem and many more besides, like foreign terrorist infiltration and immigration fraud.

One thing that Bensman highlighted is that Chinese spies used the J and F visas to steal national defense research from American research institutions.

Joe Biden Voted to Require DHS to Achieve “Operational Control” of the Border in 2006; It Is Still the Law

Joebama voted FOR the law.
One might argue that the Biden administration is free to set whatever border policies that it wants, and that it is up to the voters to decide in the next election whether they want hundreds of thousands of aliens entering the United States illegally, and a Southwest border that authorities have surrendered.

One would be wrong, however, because that is not what the law mandates.

The law in question is the “Secure Fence Act of 2006”, which was enacted on October 26, 2006. It gave the DHS secretary 18 months to “take all actions the Secretary determines necessary and appropriate to achieve and maintain operational control over the entire international land and maritime borders of the United States”.
The president may argue that he was making a deal with the devil in casting his vote for the border restrictions in the Secure Fence Act of 2006 (he wasn’t), but a deal’s a deal, especially when it’s the law. Now, the requirements of that act, including the prevention “of all unlawful entries into the United States” is his responsibility, and that of his DHS Secretary, Mayorkas. If he does not install “guardrails” to meet those requirements, there may be more than just a political price to pay.

The 21-page document entitled “9 Solutions to Secure America’s Elections” was written by Danielle Root and Liz Kennedy and published on August 16, 2017.

At the time, the political left was attempting to convince Americans that Donald Trump was an illegitimate president, and that Russian election interference had swayed the 2016 election process. To this day, losing candidate Hillary Clinton insists the election was “stolen” from her.

Fast forward four years, and the corporate media alongside Democrats scream in one voice that election audits are not necessary, and are in fact an “attack” on “democracy.”

But their 2017 sentiments beg to differ.
