Vote for him to run where? ...... A long way down a short pier seems like a good idea

What are the options?
I vote for policies, not personalities.

We're not all so shallow and artificial.

if the nomination for the most prolific lying President in the entire history of the American presidency, no need to garner my vote.

As a Canadian, I am not eligible to vote in U.S. elections. Anyway, how will you vote and why?

I'm not eligible either so the OP title has been adjusted to accommodate us.

Well, that's an improvement. You go first, and provide a reason(s), thanks.

The problem with politics is that it is full of politicians. I.E. Failed businessmen that can spend and lose money and never be accountable or go out of business because they just raise tax's to cover their mistakes. Trump is not a politician, he is a business man who has done well. Some may argue that point but he is rich so I consider that doing well. He has a big ego, a big mouth and is sometimes hard to like but in my opinion has done more for the U.S. than any other president. He does not tell people what they want to hear to please them but tells it like it is. Controlled immigration and a need to deal with China is just two issues that he has right. I would vote for him over Biden and the Democrats but there are other Republicans that I would prefer.

Never in a million years would I vote for Trump. He is more of a politician than people give him credit for, and if he had four more years, he would destroy the economy and the middle class, because anything he had done previously was for a self-serving purpose, and another 4 years he would attempt to do everything he wanted to do before, i.e. kill Social Security and create more tax cuts to save his businesses and his millionaire/billionaire buddies money. The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act? That was as big of a f****** joke as the ACA. And all he ever did was promote hate. There are several Republicans that I would vote for, but unfortunately they are too moderate to even get the GOP nomination.

And as far as his business dealings, he is smart in one aspect. He uses and loses other people's money and not his own, just like he did when he was the POTUS. And after it's all and said done with, it's the American taxpayer who paid for his failings. Successful? I guess it depends on how you define success.

Is he self-made? Absolutely not.

What did he actually do for America?

We know what he did wrong.

- Ignored science on Global Climate Change
- ignored science on Covid 19 resulting in over 500.000 dead
- pissed of every ally the USA had in Western Europe, Canada and Australasia
- Drove up the deficit at an alarming rate
- Reversed the trend on reduced unemployment
- Incited a riot that led to congress being attacked.
- divided the country into blue and red states
- praised racists like the Proud Boys
- Backed out of the Iran agreement leading that country to accelerate production of atomic weapons
- ditto North Korea
- drove up costs with huge tariffs on Chinese goods that fell on US consumers and businesses
- Made lying an artform
- Running the most dysfunctional Executive branch in history
- Pardoned criminal mates
- shook trust in the electoral system to the core
etc, etc, etc.

It would depend on who the other candidate is. At this point, I have no confidence in Biden. I think the country is going in the wrong direction. Time will tell.

The Green New Deal and spending huge amounts of borrowed money and newly minted dollars. We haven't seen how much damage higher taxes will do to the economy and the loss of jobs with corporations leaving for other countries.

Thanks for the info
as You say "we have seen the damage of higher taxes" so I guess we wait.

Loss of jobs - "decreasing since the 2008 financial crisis, but by 2030, it is projected that the unemployment rate will increase to 4.5 percent. This would be an increase from 3.7 percent in 2019." NOT TO BAD

Corporations leaving As of January 2021 "Direct investment in the US by foreign companies plummeted 49% to $134 billion last year, according to a report released Sunday by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. By contrast, foreign direct investment in China grew by 4% to $163 billion in 2020.
2020 marked the first year in history that foreign direct investment in China overtook that of the US, according to the UN. China is now the world's largest recipient of foreign companies' investments. The lack of investment has been happening for years not just under Biden, so far.

Nearly $7.8 trillion dollars was added to the national deficit under Trump's tenure. Now his pundits in Washington, and a few on here, are worried about the deficit? That was the "right direction"? So sad.

Democrats promote race wars and fairy tale sex insanity. They protect criminals and vilify cops. That's enough for me to hate them and their asinine gimmicks. If they all dropped dead tomorrow, I wouldn't lose one second of sleep.
