BREXIT BLUFF Germans sound the alarm at cost to EU of No Deal Brexit if we don’t give £39bn

Top eurocrat Gunther Oettinger said a No Deal outcome would lead to hefty bills for Europeans
By Hugo Gye

EUROPEANS will have to shell out billions more to fund Brussels' budget if we quit the EU with No Deal, a top Eurocrat warned today.

The EU's German budget chief said Europe would suffer without the £39billion Britain has previously promised to pay after Brexit.

Asked what the impact would be, he said: "That depends on whether the British would be prepared to honour their rights and obligations until the end of 2019."
A pretty pointless article from the leaders of 'Real Journalism'. Stating what everyone has known since the start of the referendum campaign. Not even dates are correct as the payment is supposed to cover the UK's share of the EU Ponzi scheme until end 2020. It really is starting to be that the only way forward is 2 fingers and a WTO system implemented(most of the world trade with this system so it cannot be the end of civilisation as we know it). That wee Irish boot licker will see his Country fall apart when the EU impose a hard border in Ireland.

Theyre all worried , and so they should be . Britain is paying something like 23% of the E U budget . More than the Germans , go figure . So what are the rest paying ? More to the point what will they be paying when we finally say enough is enough .

The Northern Irish voted to stay in so let them stay, reunite Eiere, hard border along the Irish Sea, any soft border will be a porous one. Not long any way before the democratic vote in N Ireland reunites the country. We can still be friends.
The trouble is the N Irish want it both ways. We voted to eliminate freedom of movement, that,ll do it.

Reunification of Ireland is a pipe dream, it'll never happen in our lifetime. There's no need for a hard border, no one wants it, Varadkar the Prime Minister of Eire has already said he won't put it into place so who will? Sajid Javid has already indicated that free movement will continue after Brexit, whether there's a deal or not so your solution isn't really going to work.

I think that if there is no deal exit, Ireland will have to jig to the pipers tune from Brussels.

More than likely the UK tune. The tattie howkers economy depends more on the UK than any of the Dictatorships states, even for transport. MSM are stating there are potentially 200+ crossing points from Eire to the UK (Northern Ireland) that need to be closed if a hard border is imposed What they do not state is there is only a few that could have an economic influence (ie big trucks capable roads) exporting to the UK and EU states. It's basically false news just to keep us paying into the EU Ponzi scheme.

Yes, I read that article about Germany yesterday. Had to chuckle, but it hurts my heart to see Europe going to hell.

Inequality is what's wrong with the grandest socialist experiment of all time. The socialist crowd that preaches equality, actually does NOT provide equal resources to the whole. It's the same reason why communes fail. Not everyone works and provides equally for the "equal" distribution of wealth -- the professed main goal.

It's not only a sham, but it's a shame that educated people haven't learned this by now.

Equality is a pipe dream. Every living thing on Earth seeks to dominate every other living thing on Earth. The smallest sapling in the forest competes for resources (water, sunshine) with the largest redwood. Humans are no different. From the exact moment of conception, even monozygotic twins compete for resources (food, space) in the womb. This struggle never ends and there is no such thing as equality. You don't get what you deserve, you get what you fight for and negotiate.

Why should everyone be equal? None of us work at exactly the same rate or brings the exact same skill set to the table. One worker/student/athlete/farmer/team will outperform the other every single time. To impose an artificial outcome like equality, is to intentionally construct a set of punishments to the superior and benefits to the inferior. This is a sociological design for failure. Punishing the overperformers provides them incentive to perform below their ability and ambition. Rewarding underperformers provides them incentive to perform at pace and creates a disincentive to improve. A falling tide lowers all boats.

The empty and calamitous notion of equality is poison masquerading as virtue. All men may have been created equal, but from that point forward, separation begins and continues. In fact, none of us are equal and efforts to suppress this reality by imposing artificial equality, are socially defeating. Certain conditions which apply equally to all are much different than conditions which skew the outcome toward equilibrium. Giving everyone press freedoms (equally), for example, is not the same as skewing those freedoms to favor the weaker/slower/dumber and to inhibit the more enterprising/more ambitious/more creative and more successful. Equality of opportunity is laudable and adds value, equality of outcome is a destructive detriment.

Nobody is equal to anybody else. The natural protraction of this logic extends to small groups, regions, and nations. In the long view, nations will/should always act in their best interest. Even when making concessions, the bigger picture reveals a desire for a better position. There is no equality. Whenever I hear some idealistic twit yammering on about equality, I want to give them a throat punch and tell them to grow a pair and stop acting like a helpless princess snowflake.

I see the Germans had a record surplus of 48.1 billion euros in the first six months of 2018, whilst many other European states have suffered poverty for many of its citizens the Germans have manipulated a cheap Deutschmark by proxy under the name of a European project.

Thats great news ! Maybe now they can pay their fair share to the E U , seeing they are about the only country to make it work for them , and only them .
Meet their obligations to Nato , while theyre at it . Alas we all know neither will happen , they just do not play by the rules , even though they were the main contributor to the rules .
