Time to nail your colours to the mast on the Conservative leadership throb and thus who gets to unblock the dunny at #10.

Both candidates were on my, "Oh dear, well only if we must" list but I reckon I have already had my fill of the posed, plastic, photo-opportunistic pastiche of the pre-jaded Millennial Thatcherism presented by the Leeds-born Twitter queen. Accordingly, I will throw my hand in with the classily understated candidate with the more culturally diverse upbringing, top-flight education, undeniable financial nous and the rich, hottie wife.

I get that completely but where did I say I expect anything from any bloody self-serving un-elected tosspot?

In lieu of a viable alternative (and the windswept, yawning void that is Labour), this is about the "needs must" hypothetical. The awkward, lurching "You'll do me" inadequacy of the last dance before they turn the lights on and the band starts packing up.

Perhaps this might just be the one occasion to slip out the side door before they play Gary Pucket and the Union gap.

May be "Little America" needs to mass in the tens of thousands outside Windsor Castle and demand HM refuses to allow either of these plonkers to "form her gov"

It would seem a dumbed down version of Sarah Palin has ascended to the big chair in Westminster.

I mean really - is that the best the Poms can come up with?

God help the Queen ("long live" would seem to be inappropriate at this point in history).

Hyenas don't live in the jungle, Dd.

Hope that helps.

"Hyena are dog-like mammals native to parts of Asia and Africa. Once ranging across Africa Asia and Europe hyenas are mostly limited to the African Savannah today with the exception of the striped hyena inhabiting the jungles of India and western Asia"

I wish her well in her new role and hope she can take some action with regard to energy prices before the onset of a cold and what could be deathly winter for some.

Very helpful thanks Dd.

While I was drying my eyes, I managed to find your reference on google. Unfortunately, none of the other 20 or so references to hyenas (of whatever stripe) mentioned a jungle habitat.

Not that I am suggesting Adopt An Animal Kits, LLC may have got it wrong. 8)

Nah, Hyenas live on the savannah.

In addition, one could probably find jackals in savannah country rather than in the thick jungle.

Are you inferring these are Striped Hyenas?

Now I mean.
