I have to pinch myself that this dude is still the British Prime Minister. Many things clearly aren't right in the UK. Good governance is critical so soon after leaving the EU.

I just watched an interesting one hour lecture on youtube "Brexit: What Have We Learned So Far?" by Professor Anand Menon. I have always admired the brainy side of the UK. It has a lot to offer the world. It's easy to overlook it's still so strong when a serially fibbing clown such as Johnson is Prime Minister.

The list of those who want Boris out:
BBC/ Overpaid useless Europhile civil service/ MSM,/ Conservative MP's who owe their election success due to him/ EU hierarchy whoe's gravy train is threatened/failed labor party/and the failed remain MINORITY. All of these groups I utterly despise for pushing self interest above all else. Go for it Boris, an 80 seat majority in parliament is no mean feat. You still have massive commoner support.

Liz Truss, coz if Bojo goes too quickly the tory faithful wont realise what an almighty cockup Richie Sunak has made and may pick him over her :-$

All the Tory MPs who want to stand but know they attended one of the 16 parties during lockdown so need to wait and make sure the police dont have any pictures of them embibing

I think there also needs to be an enquiry into the Met's complete failure to enforce the lockdown rules at 10 Downing Street. Heads should roll (not literally) in the Met over this. And I don't mean among the lower ranks.

Tam, I think that you do not appreciate just how much support Boris enjoys among the " non elite" in UK. Of course I would not expect a Guardian reader to be aware of this, Of course as in all my comments it is IMO.

Perhaps the Met. could start an enquiry into the failings of Starmer when Attorney general in
failing to prosecute and confront arch **** Saville and the many Asian grooming gangs in Labor held constituencies. I am aware that the BBC and msm are more interested into illegal parties than the welfare of abused children, but heh, that's how they think. IMO

Oh dear, the Guardian excuse given as a reason why your IMO is better than my IMO. Did you get copyright from Alex?

You may have something with your "non elite" theory though. Listening to UK chat radio, it seems the women calling in are all batting for Boris, think he's wonderful. The ball-bearing demographic not so much.

Failings already addressed and blame accepted. Savile's saviours were already in place, held far higher office and were turning the blind eye to his evil sexual proclivities well before the CPS was even invented or Starmer took the bar. The fact that three people appointed to head an overarching enquiry into his activities that was set up in 2015 have all resigned in quick succession suggests that his true enablers will never be revealed because somebody doesn't want things to be revealed.

Unless you can unearth proof that Starmer specifically signed "do not prosecute" orders for Savile or the Rotherham grooming gangs, your IMO remains simply that. Unfounded and ill-informed.

What is NOT disputed is that Maggie Thatcher put Jimmy Saville forward 4 times for a Queens honour and gave his charity 1/2 a million quid of taxpayers money

More so, profoundly ignorant I would have thought.

Particularly as Starmer was never the Attorney General.

I'm sure Savilles charity hospital was very grateful for the donation of TAXPAYERS money and it does good work in the community, but that money should have been spent correctly (Tory corruption is not new)....... an extra 1/2 million to NHS would I'm sure have been beneficial in saving many more lives, but that wouldnt have required the blond corpsebanger to visit her at checkers so often would it to discuss "his" new hospital. He also would not have had "open house" at the hospital as he would not have been able to become a "self elected" board member overseeing the rebuild

I'm starting to think Bojo is trying to get ousted

I expect the CIA will be busy looking into this. And I suppose there will be a lot of bar stool chatter in Thailand among the former MI 5 and MI 6 officers.
