That had been noted and i hope its just a new policy and not being done to gloss over a worsening situation .. as the PM wants to avoid egg on face if we arent open up again in October as promised...marcus1 wrote: ↑September 18, 2021, 11:31 pmThaiTiger news reported covid cases in each province on a day to day basis.
5 or 6 days ago this has stopped...WHY...???
The same has been asked on the Thaivisa website.
One can only think that things are getting dramatically worse now thus no reports in the normal news..!!
I hope not but it does make you think as regards the true numbers..!!!
Many of the local markets are getting infections and closures for cleaning ... why ?? .. as one market is closed vendors from that market go to another and join fellow aquainted traders to sell their wares thus another market is infected .. or is it just poor covid restriction policing or both.Bandung_Dero wrote: ↑September 19, 2021, 6:24 amBeing reported on social media 11 cases in or around the Ban Dung central food market yesterday 18th. Don't know the implications yet.
A valid point .. one would have thought this infected person must have used a trolley or basket , check out passed through other sections of the place .. check the CCTV and track the route taken. A head shaking blank stare seems to be the instructed response.tutone wrote: ↑September 19, 2021, 7:52 amYesterday the aisle for beer and liquor was closed (barricaded) at the Tesco Lotus Extra on the north side of town. According to an employee there, someone with Covid had recently purchased something from that aisle so it had to be cleaned and shut down for 3 days. When asked if that person walked through any other part of the store or paid for their purchase at the checkout, the answer was a blank stare. I saw no evidence that any other part of the store was closed. Perhaps the person was observed fondling their favorite beverage without a mask.
I'd be prone to believing info from the MOI versis Tiger or Thaivisa.......not that their info is incorrect, but it's not from the horse's mouth. All the individual province data is being reported through a variety of avenues.....and at this point, unless someone in the government has a kill switch, it's going to be hard to turn that data off.marcus1 wrote: ↑September 18, 2021, 11:31 pmThaiTiger news reported covid cases in each province on a day to day basis.
