the nagas are a fraud

Post by yartims » December 8, 2018, 10:19 pm

i was watching the jeremy wade river monsters prog and he was in NK taking a look round for a naga to catch ..turns out its all a myth ..the locals are convinced its real but nobody has actually seen one of these elusive serpents .there was a photo of one caught in california it turns out but its a sea serpent not a river serpent and the photo was a fake ..with some thai script over the photo
finally he cottoned on to it being an elusive oarfish ..so the elaborate stair rails are a load of tosh modelled on the oarfish.

how it came to be transplanted to NK is a mystery =D> \:D/

It is a money spinning venture, much like Nessie, the locals need something to fixate on. They will be seeing fireballs emerge from the waters next.

The tooth fairy yes, but there are a number of rumours going around that the jolly old elf, St. Nick, might not be all that we have been led to believe. Indeed, Dasher, Mickey Duck or the Three Stooges (with Curly, not Shemp) may be the real bearers of gifts.

What about Donalds Katoey friend? Mickey is a common katoey name as it "swings both ways" (unless its taped down of course)

In an old Laurel and Hardy film, Stan gets a bit confused and refers to Mickey Duck. I liked that and always use it.

That picture of American Servicemen holding a long oarfish can be found all over the place here, I have seen copies in Northern Laos even! It has been said that it was taken in San Diego in the late 70's or early 80's. The idea that it was taken by soldiers on the Mekong in the war days is false but what good would it do to tell the people here?
