My god Sean, did you read all the detail that was with this...like...
Insects are the food of the future; they are a good source of nutrition, high in protien, low in fat and contain calcium and iron.
Many species of insects are lower in fat, higher in protein, and have a better feed to meat ratio than beef, lamb, pork, or chicken.
Insects are tasty. Really! Even if you are too squeamish to have them as a main dish, you can blend them up in a blender and add them to your favourite dish for a protien boost.
Still think I will give it a miss...

Well if you have ever eaten at the 20 baht fast food shops and stalls - probability is that you already have eaten them without knowing.!
About 2 weeks ago I was busy munching khow phat (from the fast food shop) whilst sat in front of my pc - not paying much attention, when I glanced at the spoonful of rice just an inch from entering my mouth - there amonst the rice was a very black - very cooked, cockroach. somehow I seemed to lose my apetite

I agree Sean I have always tried to make a point of not eating in any place where my food could eat my food quicker than I could...
Sorry Dave, I guess that you don't want me to tell you about the site that actually said it was 4 a year then?? I always wondered how I could wake up heavier than when I went to sleep - well that is my excuse for the diet failing...

It's usually better not to ask "whats this" I have found. If the Mrs. gives me something I like I leave it at that. The spider thing still creeps me out. You wake up wondering why you have that dirty, hairy tongue feeling in the morning.
