The Governor has borrowed a big inflatable yellow duck from a friend in Bangkok and it is now proudly floating on the lake in Nong Prajak. Apparently until the New Year .It is fast becoming the thing to be photographed with.

And as you are heading into town back from the licence centre,where Nonsung ends, there is also a large orange duck outside a building. :shock:

that's been there for couple weeks, and amazing, it does seem to be a popular photo opt for locals, along with all the things / charactures and statues in Central and Landmark :roll:

:-$ I swear I didn't take a pic of it, well, at least I'm not in the pic. Really I just wanted the sign behind it. let's see, where is ronnie mcd at, need a pic of me sitting next to him, sure my friends and family have never seen anything so amazing as that.... :roll:

By the way, as far as I know it is not the (provincial) 'governor' but the 'major' (khun Itthipol) who brought the duck here.
Tiny detail in the ongoing battle between the red governor and the merely independent major...
