You can renew your extension upto 30 days early with no loss of time, so as to avoid holidays.

They do not observe Christian holidays, so Christmas day should not be a problem. New Year's Day is probably not an issue either.

New Years Eve & New Years day are Public Holidays in Thailand.
Immigration will be closed on these days Xmas it will be open.

Heres the list of Immigration holidays from today up to and including 1st January 2016.
Note the Immigration Office is closed today.....

Friday 23 October individual Chulalongkorn Memorial Day ;
Monday 7 December H.M. an individual’s Birthday(Substitution for 5 December);
Thursday 10 December Constitution Day ;
Thursday 31 December New Year’s Eve;
Friday 1 January New Year's Day 2016 ;

So do understand on Tuesday the 27th October they are open ,it`s only the bar that are closed ?????

Well,the 27th October is not a national holiday,unlike today,so in theory it should be open.
You could always call them on Monday 26th just to make sure.Tel : 042-249-982.
