Just trying to renew my subscription for the 3rd year but I can't get into their WEB site = "Access Denied" turn your VPN off. Well I have and still no access!!

Can someone give me the WizzTV customer support email address?

You might try shutting down VPN completely as some still run in background even when not connected. If that doesn't maybe try connecting via the web site using your smartphone

I have shut it down completely via the "Task Manager" the problem is also in my phone both using 3BB and 5G connections.

The only contact I can send is via their website https://www.wizztv.co.uk/team with a "Contact Us" bubble in the bottom right corner.

ps perhaps you need to upgrade your piano wire

Was in Clive's this arvo and he had an email address to their sales dept. so will try to go down that route. His phone connected OK but mine still "Denied" on his WiFi???

Still a problem on both my notebook and phone.

BTW. For u Jack. There is one other who has received the TIN email from KBank.

OK, was able to get into the WizzTV site using the "Incognito" mode in Chrome but using the "Secret" mode on my phone didn't stop me from being blocked on it.

Defo something wrong with that bean can & piano wire setup, IMHO.

Hey, I had the same issue a while ago! You can try contacting WizzTV support . Hopefully, they’ll be able to help you sort it out. Let me know if that works!

In short the issue has been addressed but VERY disappointed with their customer support. They did not respond to my request for email help via the BS chat balloon. The one email address I found for them didn't accept my email.

All of a sudden all my devices connected OK with or without the VPN on. Can only assume they were flooded with complaints and fixed it???
