ipod classic fix

my ipod classic is not recognised by iTunes and therefore cANT sync.was told it had no support..Whatever that means????.anywhere \I can have it fixed in Udon?many thanks for any replies..Thomas

The classic introduced in late 2009 is still supported all others are obsolete.

However it is sometimes the cable that is the problem. Have you tried a cable that is known to be good? I have at least 2 cables that will charge mine but will not sync

Try some of the shops in landmark might be lucky

Just a FYI, Apple is slowly doing away with iTunes and replacing it with 3 different programs, that might be why no support available. You might look into the new programs to see if one works for what you need.

Not so slowly, iTunes is gone from the current macOS Catalina, but the classic last iPod is still supported
