I had two menthol cigarettes and licked a postage stamp. Delicious and low-cal.

I am offshore on a 24/7 operation and tend to work nights as it gives me more chance to space out the meals.

Wake up between 8 and 10 pm.

Midnight: Three large beef fajitas.* Water. Coffee.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, small mushroom omelette, small glass of OJ and some fresh fruit cuts and maybe a plain yogurt. Then coffee, coffee and when I'm ready, more coffee.

Mid-morning go for a 45 minute walk around (and around, and around) the helideck.

Lunch: Huge selection of meats, pies, salmon, soup, salad, fruit, cakes and desserts that I completely pass on as I'm off to bed shortly.

Off to bed before 2 pm.

Dinner: Huge selection of everything else I forgot to mention for lunch that I also completely pass on because I am asleep.

Wake up between 8 and 10 pm., stick my head around the gym door and check that it's all still there and close the door.

* The midnight cook sometimes includes what was left from lunch or dinner (if any) but typically makes something off-menu like the fajitas. Last night it was pepperoni pizza. Other nights it's been a veggie carbonara or a spicy beef stir-fry.

Excuse the spelling but Dao makes these a lot .. Kewtiaw Lui Suan ... veggie n stuff in like a soft noodle wrap/roll they iz lovely.

Doodoo

Thanks that helps :D ... i tried poached eggs in microwave but just doesnt happen .. pan n water is the only way .. a coddling pan also with the cups makes the eggs a nice uniform shape where as normal pan offers a more iratic look ..main thing hard white soft runny yoke .. on thick cut toast = the best brekkie...n healthy too.
