Our friend Preben, former owner of FBI Udon Real Estate, has opened a new Bistro on Soi Sampan, decorated in a clean, modern style. Preben features fresh homemade bread made daily from his own recipes as well as bistro-style food made every day from only fresh ingredients. Breakfast is available daily starting at 8 a.m. Danish meals, too!

ฟีนิกส์ บริสโทร ซอยสัมพันธ์ คุณพรีเบน เจ้าของเดิม FBI จากนักธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ที่ปัจจุบันผันตัวเอง มาทำร้านในนาม ฟีนิกส์ บริสโทร เป็นร้านอาหารเปิดใหม่สไตล์เดนนิช ที่มีการตกแต่งร้านแบบโมเดิร์น โดยทางร้านมีขนมปังอบด้วยสูตรพิเศษทำเอง สดใหม่จากเตาทุกเช้า ไม่มีอาหารแช่แข็ง ที่ร้านมีเมนูอาหารหลากหลาย เปิดบริการทุกวันตั้งแต่เวลา 8.00 น. เป็นต้นไป

Any chance of a menu ?

A proper menu is being done and should be printed within the next few days.

Phoenix's concept is to serve homemade whole wheat breads, filling soups, homemade pasta etc. - always fresh and always homemade.

Nothing will be frozen and nothing will be reheated in a microwave.

Phoenix is located right opposite "Day & Night" in Soi Sampan.

Sawitta and I have known you for many years having the highest respect for your integrity and friendship.

We wish you the very best with your new venture; Phoenix Bistro.

You completely refurbished your Bistro location to brand new condition being absolutely spotless throughout.. very refreshing.

Your homemade recipe dishes and breads are wonderful, along with, having your lovely Danish daughter, Julia, at your side to assure all things are in order, at all times.

The new logo is trick and new menu pictures are great, as well.
