Yes, nice, I’ll certainly have them again.
These had ground pork & a little bit of greenery so I guess it’s just a personal style of making

Mrs N is telling me it’s a dish of Vietnamese origins?

This was served with sweet chilli sauce although a lot thinner than from a bottle, maybe it was watered down a bit to make it go further. There was also a little pack of deep fried shallot shavings

Time delays should make this a Great Supper but I had it at breakfast time so it gets posted here

Two large bananas with egg making 4 mediumish pancakes (it’s a big plate 😂) alternately spread in crunchy peanut butter & Nutella then stacked

Probably about 15cm across but quite thin. Don’t know why, but I pulled a really big plate out of the cupboard. It was a bit excessive 😂

Only the second time I’ve made these pancakes. Really quick & easy for a breakfast after exercise. I’ll definitely be having them again certainly since I’ve discovered the peanut butter & Nutella combo 👍

Yes, you are right.

But I am sure it is useful information nonetheless. 8)

DM,i use Red Mill's 12 bean Soup Mix,not any canned beans.I put them in RO water over night, rinse twice..until the water comes out as clear.Minor problem with farting DM.You can do as i do add some bakingsoda to the overnight soak..breaks up the sugars..BTW,if you are on a low sodium diet,be careful eating canned beans.Other then that, maybe try a shot of Apper Vinegar after eating canned beans..Goodluck my friend..;-)

PS.Epazote is commonly used for relieving flatulence, treating parasites, and alleviating abdominal cramps. This herb is routinely added to traditional dishes such as beans, quesadillas, or mole de olla due to its carminative activity. It also provides an extra boost of folate, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.DS

Today’s effort.
I used 3 bananas to 1 egg so the mixture was a bit thicker.
The apple & strawberries were a leftover from The Gurks breakfast. I’m not going to win any awards for presentation but at least I used a more appropriate size plate this morning 😂

The only thing healthy about my new found liking for peanut butter & Nutella is the volume 🙄

Still hungry so brunch

A wholewheat wrap with 2 bananas, sliced apple , sliced strawberries & you guessed it more peanut butter & Nutella. Now I’m feeling full 🤭

I had banana pancakes again with Nutella, peanut butter & a side of sliced apple.
Unfortunately, the bananas were turning so I thought I’d better use them all up which meant they didn’t hold together too well in the pan so ended up as an unphotogenic splat on the plate

Here is an iced coffee I made to accompany😉
