People in Thailand will observe the Buddhist religious day Makha Bucha on Monday (March 6), which also brings a 24 hour ban on the sale of alcohol.

99% of members know the law relating to religious ceremony but we always get some jerk making a big deal out of it!!!
AND:- If the 1% who didn't know the law and don't have a beer in the fridge = "Som nom nah"

Bandung, they are doing a public service. Just in case you did not know, alcohol sales are permitted tomorrow March 5 2023. In addition nobody from the Rolling Stones has died so far this month.

Oh I can imagine the wailing in the streets and the gnashing of teeth from the old soaks deprived of their beer and other activities . Due to he impact of no alcohol days, although in retrospect I see more drunk locals on those days than others, so obviously the Foreign population has got it all wrong
